Program

The Ethical Sport Symposium: Shaping Your 2021 Canadian Anti-Doping Program will take place on May 6, 2020 at the Ottawa Art Gallery (OAG).

The symposium program will provide athletes and senior sport leaders with a collaborative setting to discuss the Canadian anti-doping landscape with their colleagues, as it relates to upcoming changes to the 2021 World Anti-Doping Code, including:

  • Keynote address,
  • Setting the context,
  • Athlete experiences,
  • The Anti-Doping Charter of Athlete Rights,
  • The 2021 World Anti-Doping Code, and
  • A CEO panel discussion.

Sessions will run from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm. Registration includes a light breakfast and lunch. The event will conclude with a cocktail reception in the OAG’s Jackson Restaurant. 

Language

Presentations will be given in English. Symposium materials will be provided in English and French.
